1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BlazeAPI ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BlazeAPI provides a unified API gateway for accessing various AI language models through an OpenAI-compatible interface. The Service aggregates multiple AI providers into a single endpoint.

3. Account Registration

You must provide a valid email address or social account and create a password if required to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Service.
• Resell or redistribute API access without authorization.
• Generate content that violates applicable laws or third-party rights.
• Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent access controls.
• Use the Service to develop competing products.
• Use the Service for roleplaying or NSFW content.

5. Payment and Billing

If paid plans are added, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time, and access continues until the end of the billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

6. API Keys

API keys are personal and non-transferable. You are responsible for securing your keys. If you believe a key has been compromised, rotate it immediately from your dashboard. We are not liable for unauthorized use of compromised keys.

7. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but do not guarantee 100% uptime. The Service depends on third-party AI providers whose availability is outside our control. We are not liable for downtime caused by upstream providers.

8. Content and Data

You retain ownership of all content you submit through the API. We log chats for up to one API cycle reset, and only flagged chats are reviewed by us for trust and safety purposes. Requests are proxied to the upstream provider and responses are returned to you.

9. Limitation of Liability

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND. IN NO EVENT SHALL BLAZEAPI BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms or for other reasons at our sole discretion, with or without notice.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
